Asante Kotoko SC goalkeeper Ibrahim Danlad has ruled out competition for the first choice position on his return to the club.
Danlad has returned to the Porcupine Warriors after his loan spell at Berekum Chelsea came to an end.
The 2019/2020 season saw a frosty competition between captain Felix Annan and Kwame Baah for the first choice goalkeeping role with the latter keeping the posts more often.
The 17-year-old shot stopper says he is ready to learn for the two experienced goalkeepers as he prepares himself for the future.

“I am not afraid of competition though but I’m a young goalkeeper and ready to learn from Felix Annan and Kwame Baah because they were in the game before me,” Danlad told OTEC FM.
“I am not back to compete; I am coming to work hard and just stay calm and put up my best anytime I will be given the opportunity. I am preparing myself for the future.”
Danlad kept the posts for Chelsea for 14 times, conceded 11 goals and managed to keep 8 clean sheets in the cancelled 2019/2020 season.
