Schools in the Volta Region have thrown their support behind the Keta Senior High Technical School (KETASCO), the region’s representative at this year’s National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ), to ensure it brings the trophy home.
KETASCO defeated Wesley Girls Senior High School (SHS) and Tamale SHS to make history as the first school from the Volta Region to make it to the grand finale of the prestigious competition.
KETASCO otherwise known as ‘DZOLALI’ will on Friday, November 26, lock horns with two other finalists; Prempeh College and PRESEC Legon, out of the 146 schools, which started the month-long contest taking place in the Ashanti Region.
The stunning performance by the Keta ‘Eagle’ won the admiration of all past and present students of the school and other sister schools from the region, especially the Keta Business College.
