Vodafone Ghana to boost SMEs growth with “Too Moorch Business”

Vodafone Ghana has launched its latest “Too Moorch Business” value package to give businesses the flexibility to create their own data and voice plans to enhance growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).

Madam Tawa Bolarin, the Director, Enterprise and Wholesale Business, Vodafone, explained at the launch in Accra that the package was a bespoke product for customers to select offerings that best suited them.

She said the initiative was a mobility package tailored to fit every business need and allowed business owners to remain confidently connected to clients.

SMEs, she said, largely contributed to economic growth, hence the need to bring up initiatives that they could take advantage of to thrive.

“SMEs contribute the greatest percentages to economic growth. We, therefore, consider it a responsibility to find ways that these businesses can take advantage of in order to be successful,” she said.

Madam Bolariin said the pandemic had shown the power of flexible mobile solutions, which were utilised by most SMEs to the best of their ability.

The “Too Moorch Business” would also offer SMEs affordable packages to aid small businesses gain the experience of real value while boosting their online presence, driving virtual collaborations and enhancing productivity during the pandemic, she said.

Mr Alfred Neizer, the Head of SME, Vodafone Ghana, said with as low as GHC5.00 customers could enjoy 600 minutes on the internet, thirty minutes off the internet, three hundred megabytes of data and 500 short message service (SMS).

He said it was Vodafon’s objective to help drive the digital transformation of businesses and that the mobility value package was an initiative in perpetuity.

“This initiative has come to stay. All our initiatives designed for the growth of businesses are unique and serving their purposes and this product is no exception,” he said.
