Take your pleasure to the next level with AFCON on DStv

Date:

What’s better than an upgrade to more world-class entertainment on DStv? An upgrade to even more entertainment at no extra cost! This is what DStv Access, Family, and Compact subscribers can look forward to when they upgrade from 5 January, for a limited period.

DStv customers can still Choose Joy and wipe away the January blues in the new year with the exciting Step-Up offer! Customers who upgrade, or reconnect to the next higher package, will get a further boost to an even higher package at no additional cost! This means a step up to more channels, all 52 AFCON games live, in HD on multiple channels, and commentary in multiple languages including Pidgin!

“We understand that this time of year can be demanding on pockets, what with school fees and recovering from the Festive season. As it’s our mission to enrich our customers’ lives with entertainment, we see this offer as an opportunity to lighten the burden and add value” says Managing Director of MultiChoice Ghana, Alex Okyere.

DStv customers on the Access, Family, and Compact bouquets need only upgrade or pay for the package above their current package to experience what’s on offer in the package even higher than that.

The next few months have something for everyone on DStv. Upgraded customers will be able to enjoy the world-class sporting action together with original quality local content, international movies, series, telenovelas, music shows, news and kids’ entertainment on the Step Up offer.

Compact customers who upgrade to Compact Plus will be upgraded to Premium, where they can experience the best of the best entertainment. Look out for a brand-new spooky sitcom, Ghosts on M-Net about a young couple who inherit a beautiful country house, only to find it inhabited by many of the previous residents. The second season of the procedural favourite Law & Order: Organised Crime starts on M-Net in January. And for the little ones, tune in for a kid’s movie every Saturday at 1 pm, also on M-Net.

Thrill-seekers who upgrade from the Family package to Compact will have access to Compact Plus and be able to catch the Discovery Channel’s new documentary series, Push the Line, which will explore some of the world’s top tight-rope walkers, who push one another to take on the craziest places to break records. On 1Magic, catch Women of the Movement a series that chronicles the American civil rights movement as told by the women behind it.

Access customers who upgrade to Family will be able to sample the world of Compact where they can catch all the drama of the religious (and entertaining) households of Pastors Wives which returns for a second season with three new cast members on Honey.
