Provisional Presidential Results: President Akufo-Addo wins Okaikwei South

The Provisional Presidential Results declared at the Okaikwei South Constituency on Tuesday gave President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party  38,117 of the valid votes cast.
 
   
Former President John Dramani Mahama of the National Democratic Congress had 28,217lid votes; Mr Christian Kwabena Andrews, of the Ghana Union Party had 327 votes; and Madam Brigitte Akosua Dzogbenuku, Progressive People’s Party, had 32 votes.
 
   
Others are Madam Akua Donkor of the Ghana Freedom Party, 19; Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings of the National Democratic Party, 19; Dr Hassan Ayariga of the All People’s Congress, eight; and Mr Ivor Kobina Greenstreet of the Convention People’s Party, 47.
 
   
The rest are Mr Henry Herbert Lartey of the Great Consolidated Popular Party, five; Mr Percival Kofi Akpaloo, Liberal Party of Ghana 13; Mr Alfred Kwame Walker, an independent candidate, had 12; and Mr David Asibi Ayindenaba Apasera of the People’s National Convention, three.
 
   
Total valid ballots were 66,819; rejected, 647; and total votes, 67,461.
