NDC delegation for Socialist International summit in Geneva is led by Asiedu Nketia.

In order to attend the Council Meeting of The Socialist International, a powerful delegation of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) departed Accra Friday night for Geneva, Switzerland.

The conference, which runs from July 7 to July 8, 2022, will cover a variety of topics, including working for peace and international security based on common values and guidelines.

enhancing democracy and upholding basic human rights.

Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, the General Secretary of the NDC and Vice President of Socialist International, is in charge of the delegation.

Other members of the delegation are Hon. Lydia Lamisi Akanvariba, the NDC Member of Parliament for Timpane, Dr. Karl Mark Arhin, the Deputy Director of International Relations of the NDC, and Ms. Millicent Y. Amankwaa, the parliamentary candidate of the NDC for Sunyani West in the 2020 elections.

In the absence of the General Secretary, the Deputy General Secretary in charge of Operations, Dr. Peter Boamah Otokunor, will act.
