Rev Ofori Antwi made the call in an interview with the Ghana News Agency in Tanoso.
He said it was time for the nation to move from partisanship to a more objective and constructive way of steering the nation to progress, development and prosperity.
Rev Ofori Antwi, who is also the Senior Minister of the Lighthouse Congregation of the PCG at Tanoso near Kumasi, urged Ghanaians to leave the past behind them and surge forward in the New Year with hope and diligence.
“Let’s leave the bitterness and disruption in the past year and begin the New Year with hope. We should shun our evil and corrupt ways and seek the face of God at all times and in all things and be agents of God’s blessings not agents of division and rancour,” he admonished.
