It was only God who could have saved us!

Date:

On Saturday 19th January at about 5 am, my dad and I set off for Kasoa.

When he started the car, we were contemplating on whether to use the Spintex road or the beach road(37).
He decided to use the 37road.

So we drove and hit the 37 roads.

Then right in front of the SIS, it looked as though there was a cupboard and it seemed scattered probably because the car before us didn’t see it.

So daddy swerved it and we kept moving but there was a truck behind us that didn’t seem to notice the obstacle so not so long after we bypassed the obstacle, we felt a strong “bang” at the car boot and daddy lost control..then we felt another hit and daddy made a right turn and we went into a nearby filling station..the truck followed us there but thankfully not directly behind us. The back of the car was totally damaged and the workers at the station were looking at us with shock..asking if we were the ones in the car.

I stepped out and tears rolled down my cheeks because I knew The Hand of God was present!

Almost everything in the boot was destroyed. The car was left in scraps.

At this time the truck had also finally stooped because according to the driver his breaks failed.

It was only God who could have saved us!

Then I remembered Bishop’s prayers for us on the 31st night into the new year! “In January, you will not die!!”
