The CBG, he said, financed the refurb ishment of the facility as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The MD said the bank’s CSR efforts focused on health, education, and community development pillars that aligned closely with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
He said by investing in this sick bay, CBG aimed to ensure timely access to essential and emergency healthcare services in the school.
The MD commended the staff and management of the school for their dedication to shaping young minds.
Mr. Williams Frempong Nyarko, Ghana Education Service (GES) Municipal Education Director, expressed his delight about the renovation of the sick bay.
The sickbay would not solely be beneficial to the students but also candidates who sat for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) and faced emergency health problems, he explained.
