Kotoko releases Owusu, four others

Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club, has released Obed Owusu and four others, following their inability to impress during their stay with the club.

Owusu, together with Daniel Nii Adjei, Stephen Nyarko and Ivorian striker Dany Zabo Teguy, were released early this week by the management of the club.

The club, thanked the players for their services and wished them well in their future endeavours.

The Porcupine Warriors, had submitted their 27-man squad to CAF for this years Champions League after a massive recruitment exercise.
